How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
What conditions must the item be in to be eligible for a return?
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all original packaging with tags intact.
How do I start a return?
You have two options: 
  • Log in to your Soulskart account and go to "My Account" for instructions.
  • Email support@soulskart.com with your order details, reason for the return, and other relevant information.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
There might be a nominal return shipping fee depending on the product. You'll be informed about any applicable fees when you start the return process.
How long will it take to get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your item, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. The time for the credit to appear on your account will depend on your card issuer's policies.
Can I exchange an item?
Currently, we only support returns. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

How do I create a Soulskart account?
You have two easy options: 
  • Proactive signup: Visit our website and enter your phone number. You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the account creation. 
  • Automatic with order: Place an order on Soulskart, and an account will be created for you. You can then log in using your phone number and an OTP.
Why should I create a Soulskart account?
A Soulskart account gives you these great benefits: 
  • Order Tracking: See the real-time status of your orders. 
  • Address Management: Store multiple addresses for faster checkout.
  • Loyalty Programs: Participate in our rewards programs to earn points and discounts.
I didn't sign up, but I have an account. How?
To make things easy, we automatically create an account when you place your first order. Just use your phone number and an OTP to log in and take advantage of the account features!
Is there a password for my account?
Nope! We use phone number and OTP login to keep things simple and secure. No need to remember complex passwords.

What is the warranty on the Softstyle 365 Tee?
We believe so strongly in the quality of our Softstyle 365 Tee that we offer a 365-day replacement warranty! If you experience any manufacturing defects within a year of purchase, we'll happily replace your t-shirt.
What does the 365-day warranty cover?
The warranty covers issues such as:
  • Rips, tears, or holes that are not the result of normal wear and tear 
  • Significant fading or discoloration 
  • Shrinking beyond normal expectations 
  • Defects in stitching or seams
What's not covered by the warranty?
The warranty doesn't cover: 
  • Normal wear and tear (small holes, minor fading, etc.)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
  • Alterations made to the t-shirt
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a claim: 
  • Contact our customer service team with your order information and a description of the issue.
  • Please include photos of the defect if possible.
  • We'll review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement t-shirt.
Are there any special care instructions for the Softstyle 365 Tee?
To make your Softstyle 365 Tee last:
  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle 
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
  • Avoid harsh detergents and bleach

Welcome to the Soulskart Loyalty Program! We reward your loyalty and appreciate your continued support. This policy outlines how you earn and redeem points, along with some important things to keep in mind.

Earning Points:

  • Shop and Earn: Every completed order earns you 50 points. The more you shop, the more points you accumulate!
  • Birthday Treat: Enjoy a special bonus of 100 points on your birthday. Just provide your birthday month and year for verification during your account setup or update your profile later.
  • Welcome Bonus: We appreciate you joining the Soulskart family! Get a one-time bonus of 20 points for creating a Soulskart account.

Redeeming Points:

  • Turn Points into Savings: Use your points to generate discount coupons directly through your account. Treat yourself or save on future purchases!
  • Flexible Rewards: Choose from various coupon values in convenient multiples of Rs 100 (e.g., 100 points = Rs 100 coupon, 500 points = Rs 500 coupon). There's a reward for every saving goal.
  • Minimum Redemption: To redeem points for coupons, you'll need a minimum of 100 points in your account. Keep shopping and collecting points to unlock even greater discounts!

Program Guidelines:

  • Earning and Redeeming at Our Discretion: Soulskart reserves the right to modify, add, or remove points from a member's account at any time. We will strive to notify you in advance whenever possible, especially in cases involving fraudulent activity, program misuse, or system errors.
  • Program Updates: We are constantly innovating to improve your experience. Soulskart reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or replace the entire Loyalty Program at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Points are Not Cash: Please remember that your accumulated points do not have any cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

  • Track Your Points: You can easily view your current points balance in your "My Account" section. Keep an eye on your points and get ready to redeem them for exciting rewards!
